The world of 654

Enter a space, enter the space, enter space…detach from your day let me take you away from it all and back to yourself, your reactive self, your playful self, your true self and enjoy the process of becoming free, becoming you, becoming…

This world is a safe world, a playful world, a world where you belong, take a breathe, become aware of yourself, your body, your breath and let all outside thoughts go. You’re in exactly the right place at the right time. Become aware of where there is tension and let it go, become aware of anything you are holding on to and let it go, feel the warmth inside of you, the perfect feeling and let it grow and fill you up.

We carry on with this mental, emotional, spiritual warm up and it developed into a visualisation and manifesting meditation…

You are then introduced to colours and asked to imagine them, still lying down with your eyes closed and once you imagine them I make the room the colour I have asked you to imagine, making. ‘imagine red…’ I then make the room red moments later…’imagine green…’ I then make the room green moments later…we do this through a spectrum of colours and then we imagine spaces and go through various shapes…whilst doing this you ask ti give each body part a colour or shape and place your hands where these shapes are…it is interesting seeing how different participants give various body parts shapes and colours and how everyone has a different pattern. Just as the with the colours, the shapes appear in the space moments after you have been asked to imagine them, almost as if the space is reading your mind. shapes slowly begin to multiply and at this time you are asked to imagine the shapes moving around your body which in turn are making you moving, everything is corresponding, responding and movement and shape generating.

This process is then developed this into yogic stretches, approaches and breathing techniques which becomes a physical warm up of energised stretching. You are then encouraged to do any individual stretching you feel necessary for your body and in relation to the space, images and environment you are in…always thinking about connectivity.

The warm-up is complete.
